Η βραδιά των βραβείων Grammy 2023 ήταν μια λαμπερή βραδιά, που μας χάρισε συγκλονιστικές ερμηνείες και αξέχαστες στιγμές. Ο Τρέβορ Νόα ήταν ένας καταπληκτικός οικοδεσπότης, με εύστοχα αστεία και σχολιασμό, αποδεικνύοντας ότι δικαίως επιστρέφει στον ρόλο του παρουσιαστή για 3η χρονιά.
Στα φετινά βραβεία Grammy υπήρχαν συνολικά 91 κατηγορίες, ενώ η Beyoncé ήταν η μεγάλη νικήτρια της βραδιάς, που έλαβε και τις περισσότερες υποψηφιότητες, 9 στο σύνολο. Σε αξιόλογες κατηγορίες και τα βραβεία του Harry Styles, για το Album της χρονιάς, ενώ ο Kendrick Lamar κυριάρχησε στα βραβεία στην κατηγορία “Rap”, κερδίζοντας σε 3 από τις 4 σχετικές υποκατηγορίες.
Αξίζει να σημειώσουμε κάπου εδώ, ότι η ελληνικής καταγωγής Στέφανι Οικονόμου κέρδισε επίσης βραβείο για το Soundtrack του βιντεοπαιχνιδιού “Assassin’s Creed Valhalla: Dawn of Ragnarök”.
Το βραβείο του Record of the Year πήγε στον Lizzo για το “About Damn Time”, ενώ το Album of The Year, κατέληξε στον Harry Styles για το Harry’s House.
Στην κατηγορία της POP υπήρξαν εκπλήξεις με το “Best Pop Solo Performance”, βραβείο που πήγε στην Adele και στο “Easy on Me”, όταν η ίδια δεν μπόρεσε να κρύψει τα δάκρυά της κατά την απονομή του βραβείου. Το βραβείο “Best Pop Duo/Group Performance” πήγε στους Sam Smith & Kim Petras για το “Unholy”, ενώ το βραβείο του “Best Traditional Pop Vocal Album” πήγε στον Michael Bublé για το “Higher”. Ένα ακόμα βραβείο στην κατηγορία “Best Pop Vocal Album” πήγε στον Harry Styles για το “Harry’s House.”
Στην κατηγορία “Dance/Electronic Music”, το βραβείο Best Dance/Electronic Recording πήγε στην Beyoncé για το “Break My Soul”, ενώ και το “Best Dance/Electronic Music Album” πήγε και πάλι στην Beyoncé για το album Renaissance.
